There is no "100 degrees N".
Latitude is measured in degrees (angles) N or S of the equator, a maximum of 90° N (the North Pole) or 90° S (the South Pole)
Longitude is measured in degrees E or W of Greenwich, England (the 0° line), and 100° E runs through Asia (Russia, Mongolia, Sumatra) and across the Indian ocean to Antarctica.
That point is in northeastern Turkey. On my map, it's shown to be about 0.75 mile
east of a town by the name of Küçükotlukbeli, but I'm dubious since I can't see any
residences or cultivated fields there on the satellite imagery. Relative to towns that
I have visited and with which I'm slightly more familiar, the point is roughly 70 miles
south-southeast of Trabzon, 212 miles east-southeast of Samsun, 269 miles east
of Çorum, and 379 miles east of the center of Ankara.
There is no such thing as "100 degrees north". The highest possible latitude is 90 degrees.
90 degrees north is the north pole. 90 degrees south is the south pole.
It puts you on a mountain in the Gansu region of China.
