You can get the code for free at the Honda Owners Link. Click the link I posted and sign up with your VIN # and address. There you will be able to get the code.
The vin is located on a riveted plate on the driver's side dashboard near the bottom edge of the windshield just above the windshield wiper.
It depends on your vin number the Honda place should be able to tell you for like 20 bucks or so
CB7 is the chassis code found within the vin number on 1990-1993 Honda accord models, and used as lingo in the import tuning scene to refer to this particular make and model of that year.

Bring proof of ownership to the Honda dealer. Title, registration, insurance, and your drivers license. They should be able to cut the key from the VIN code.
