Can bearded dragons eat walnuts?

Talk to someone who raises bearded dragons, or someone who has kept one for a long time. Don't risk your pet, just to try out a new food. After all, nuts are not the easiest things to digest. Don't take chances with your pet's health. Ask someone who really knows about the diet needs of bearded dragons.

Where can someone get a bearded dragon in Florida?

Put a want ad in the paper, but only buy from a private breeder. They are much cheaper; you should not pay more than 40 dollars for a female beardie. Also keep track of Craig's list (online classifieds). Kingsnake.com also has listings from bearded dragon breeders. You can go to almost any petshop, but they usually only carry "normal" bearded dragons. If you are interested in sandfires, sunbursts, etc. you will have to find a breeder in most cases. Also look to see if their are any REPTILE EXPOS in your area. I have found that to be one of the best places to find quality breeders and get a nice variety of dragons.
