Many uninsured people see the same doctors insured people do, but are considered "self pay" and pay their medical expenses out of pocket. Often, people with no money or insurance will use hospital emergency rooms to address their health problems, often leaving the hospital and the community to absorb the cost of that medical care if they're unable to pay.
Try Medicaid
probably not
Not in Australia. Certainly not in the USA. Every doctor and clinic and hospital will treat you whether you have insurance or not. YOU remain responsible for the bills. Millions of uninsured people spend hundreds of millions of dollars annually for med care - paid in cash/checks.
What percentage of America is uninsured for health care.
You must clarify the question.
The Good Semeritin laws cover you from all liability from performing medical aid in an emergency.
In England, the NHS provides free medical care to everyone.
Some people can qualify for Medicaid to help pay medical bills. Medicaid is a state program funded by federal and state taxes to assist those persons who are uninsured or are not able to pay for medical care. Whether or not a person is eligible for such assistance depends on several matters, such as income, assets, specifics of the medical care and/or need, etc. Please contact social services in the state in which the person who may need assistance lives for specific information and help.
Urgent care centers are best for young people who do not have many medical issues.
