Morals come from issues taught and passed down from person to person. However the original is based on the religious beliefs of the person sharing the moral. In short all morals come from Religion. Without religion, all things are possible and no morals are required.

Moral standards can come from a variety of sources, such as religion, culture, philosophy, and personal values. They can be influenced by upbringing, societal norms, and individual beliefs about what is right or wrong. Ultimately, moral standards are subjective and can vary widely between different people and societies.

Are there any other possible sources for absolute moral standards than an absolute moral law-giver such as 'God' If so what are they?

Yes, some philosophical perspectives suggest that absolute moral standards can be derived from reason and rationality, independent of a divine law-giver. For example, ethical theories like deontology propose that moral principles can be based on the inherent nature of actions themselves rather than external sources like a god. Additionally, some argue that moral standards can be grounded in principles such as human rights, social contracts, or well-being.
