- Northcaribbean Coast - Tortuguero National Park. Best season is in July, August and Sept.
- Playa Grande in the North Pacific area. Mostly the Baula Turtles come from Mid Dec to end of March. This is a very important place for turtle nestling.
- Ostional Beach in the North Pacific, close to Nosara and Samara beaches. Thousands of turtles in the beach looking for a place to lay eggs.
