The fatter Z-shaped one attaches to the air intake pipe in front of the throttle body whilst the narrower one attaches to the underside (late model) or the top of the housing behind (engine side) the throttle body. The arangement is the same as the 309 GTI and some Citroens (Visa and BX) using Bosch fuel injection.

I had the same problem looking for mine on a 205 1.6 GTi. You put the oil in where the breather cap is. It's a black plactic circular thing with two pies coming off it. The whole thing unscrews - pop your oil in there :)
