After you beat the elite four, put the firered game pack in. Then head to jubilife city in the migration place and save. Go to the main menu and select "migrate from firered", and pick 6 Pokemon you want migrated. You CANNOT return them to the game pack! Talk to the person, then tell them you wish to migrate. Once you get inside, run through the grass until you encounter your Pokemon. They will be at the same level and know the same moves. However, if your Pokemon you wish to migrate knows any HM's, you cannot migrate them. If this happens, fly to fuschia city.
