Where do the supreme justices live?

The answer varies from justice to justice. All of the US Supreme Court justices have either an apartment, condo or home somewhere within commuting distance of the Supreme Court Building in Washington, DC, but their addresses aren't published.

At least a few have second homes elsewhere. Associate Justice John Paul Stevens, for example, has a condo in Florida where he spends quite a bit of time.

There are no formal residential requirements for members of the US Supreme Court, but most homes or apartments in the Washington, D.C., area for the purpose of convenience.
