Open the hood and look for a clear plastic container with a yellow cap. It is on the passenger side right next to the fender. Remove the cap(engine should be cold) and add anti freeze. there is an arrow pointing to a line. That line is the level you fill to when the engine is cold.
where can i add transmission fluid on a cadillac catera 1998 you don't, they are maint. free so no dip stick. if there is a problem with it, dealer or trans shop.
You don't. It is a sealed unit.
On the Catera you do not add coolant through the radiator. If you need to add coolant to the cooling system, you should do that through the expansin tank. This located on the passinger side inner fender wall. It looks like a see-thru plasic tank with a yellow cap. Do not open when coolant is hot!
The Catera transmission does not have a dip stick or gauge to check the oil. The transmission is a sealed unit, there is no need to add oil.
"The cost of a new Caillac catera runs around 42,000.00 to 63,000.00 brand new. This also depends upon the upgrades you add to the car. The more you add the more the car will cost."
No
add antifreeze
There isn't one. It only has a filler hole on the tranny itself. It is a sealed unit....maint. free. you don't add fluid to it

I have a 2000 Dodge Neon myself. The owner's manual specifies ethylene glycol antifreeze. The capacity is 6.0 quarts (6.5 if you count the reservoir where you add the fluid).
