The Saturn transmissions, like most modern vehicle transmissions, are considered to be sealed and maintenance free... or at least relatively maintenance free.
Given that perspective, engineers have not equipped the Saturn transmissions with a dipstick/fill tube.
To check or fill the transmission, there is a fill hole on the side that is used both fill and inspect. The transmission level is considered full when the fluid is up to the bottom of the fill hole.

You can add transmission fluid, by using a funnel. Place the funnel in the same to of which you check the transmission fluid. Do not over fill the transmission.
Same place you check the fluid level. If there is no place to check it, then it is a sealed transmission, which needs no service. At least that is the idea.
Saturn's are among the growing number of newer vehicles which use a "sealed" transmission. It doesn't have a dipstick. Fill a Saturn transmission by opening the fill plug on the side of the transmission. Fill the transmission up to the fill plug, then put the plug back.
You add the transmission fluid using the same tube that the transmission dip stick is in, use a long flexable funnel, and do not over fill.
Assuming you mean an automatic transmission, the dipstick is on the right hand side of the engine bay. You'll need a small tipped funnel to add fluid down the tube. If your referring to a manual transmission, there will be a fill plug on the side of it.
There is a plug on the drivers side of the transmission if it is a zf model. just remove and fill till fluid flow out the plug.
There is a black fill plug on the very top of the transmission. It is below a wiring harness and an AC line (I Believe).
if it is an automatic you cant yourself it is a closed system. if it is a manual i dont know.
How do you add transmission fluid to a Nissan Altima with standard transmission?
