The fill line for the Transmission Fluid on a Saturn L200 is typically located on the dipstick for the transmission. To check the fluid level, the engine should be running and the transmission in park or neutral. The fluid level should be between the "FULL" and "ADD" marks on the dipstick when the fluid is at the proper temperature. Always refer to the owner's manual for specific guidance related to your vehicle.
There is a black fill plug on the very top of the transmission. It is below a wiring harness and an AC line (I Believe).
You fill it until it runs out the fill hole on the side of the transmission.
Brake Fluid: fill to line. Coolant: fill to line. Power Steering:fill to line Oil fill:5 to 5.5 qts. Transmission:13.7 qts. Fuel Tank: 20 gallons

I have a 1993 Ford Explorer. There is no fill plug for transmission fluid. I imagine that the 1994 Ford Explorer would be similar. To fill, use a funnel and pour the transmission fluid directly into the tube that holds the dipstick. Do not fill past the full line on the tank below.
The most common cause for a transmission not to change gears, is low transmission fluid. Check the transmission fluid and fill to the full line.
It will draw it in from the overflow tank when it is needed. Fill that up to the proper line.
The low pressure valve for the 2002 Saturn L200 is located on the larger of the two refrigerant lines connected to the air conditioning system. It can typically be found near the compressor, on the line that leads from the evaporator to the compressor. Look for a service port with a plastic cap, which is usually smaller and has a blue or black color. Make sure to check your vehicle's manual for specific details and diagrams for guidance.
saturn is the second planet in line
my 2007 camry has no dipstick! had to fill it through the cooler line.
Many newer cars no longer have cap on tank. If yours doesn't-you add to fill line in reservior.
Just add it to the overflow res, up to the line
