You can only buy it with a high amount of Castle Wars Tickets at Castle Wars. You need to obtain the tickets by playing games of Castle Wars, as both the armour and the tickets are untradeable. It can take a lot of games (Possibly over 1000) to get enough tickets to buy pieces of the set.
