Call the phone number for your regular bank. Explain that you lost your "pin code" and the banking person will connect you to the right department. Typically, they will send you a new "PIN" through regular postal mail. Until you receive and activate the new PIN, you will not be able to use any card that needs the PIN. So you may not have access to your account through electronic means, including ATM for cash or for any kind of debit card purchases (to name two examples).
