The power steering can not be adjusted on a Massey Ferguson 165 tractor. Check to make sure the hydraulic reservoir is full. This is usually the cause of most steering issues.

from back of tractor right side below cab in front of rear axle a small dip stick is located.
Check for kinked hydraulic lines (hoses or pipes)Bleed all lines and cylinders of trapped air.Check hydraulic oil level.Change hydraulic filter.Have oil pump rebuilt, or replaced with new.

Hydraulic oil sight gauge and filler cap are located on back side of tractor below the big red warning triangle. Sight gauge is a small round window. Do not run without hydraulic fluid, it services the transmission too !!

to the left of the gear lever is a cap with a 1 1/16 bolt head on it. remove that cap and fill there. To check the level the is a small dipstick under the lift on the frame.
