In my opinion, iPod touch is better. You can go on the internet, download a variety of apps, facetime (with 4th generation), download music and videos (you can also do this with psp), and many other useful apps built in.
One can purchase apps for a Play Station Personal (PSP) from PSPhacks, PSPgamecrazy, PSPgamesandmedia, PSPtwist, among many others. Most of the games for the PSP are purchased as games and not as apps, but apps increase the usability of the PSP.

only a spider web can get a download in a psp
No, you download them straight from the PSN using the PSP.
You can access the PSN from the PSP's menu, you can purchase games from there and download them to the PSP.
You can download games for your PSP in PlayStation Network. It will be in the internet section of your psp if you have Official Firmware.
In the psp go you have to download games. The regular psp you don't have to. I like the psp better than the psp go. You also have to pay for the psp go games you download.
