you could probably find them on ebay or a special website for halloween costumes if you cant find them there then i'm sorry i dont think i can help you with that but maybe you could just look for shoes that look similar to the ones the charachter your dressing as wears e.g if you dressing as draculaura you could just wear high heeled pink boots or you could wear some wedged black sandals like lagoonas.
