∙ 10y agoYou find Snoopy in Charlie Brown's backyard, left of Main Street. He will not be there until you have gone to the Pumpkin Patch (right) and completed the tasks there. Once you have your party invitation from Linus, you can go left and do Snoopy's first mini-game (blowing leaves).
