You can then find it in Vermilion City in Kanto, it will next be found on Route 14. You will then find it outside of Bill's house on Route 25 once Misty is back in her Gym. If you knock it out then you will have to battle and defeat Lance in the Indigo Plateau so that it will respawn however it will respawn in the Burned Tower in Ecruteak City.
