The key number used to be the same as on the glove box lock and you can take the glove box lock apart and find out the key number OR you can take the rear seat out and with a couple of loooong extensions and a ratchet and socket, remove the striker in the trunk. Lots of luck
Take the lock off the glove compartment it has the number on it.
I don't know the answer but any glove box lock is a joke. I would just replace it but never lock it.
if there is not a key hole you cannot lock it.
First, unlock and open the glove box if possible<*>. Next, look at the back side of the lock the are two diagonal screws holding the lock assembly to the glove box door, remove the screws/bolts on the lock and remove lock assembly. <*>If you cannot open your glove box beforehand u will need a flat head screw driver to pry it open.
I'd contact a breaker's yard, or an authorized Nissan dealer.
Yes, the glove box opens manually only when the key is inserted in the ignition. When you lock your car with remote you can observe the glove box key locking. So, when you lock your car, the glove box is also locked.
Put in the current combination, push the orange button and hold it while setting the new combination
Open the glove box, and there should be a button to pop your trunk
Yes
It doesn't have the key lock but it could easily custom installed.
