The first place to start is an ENT (Ear Nose and Throat) doctor. Ask them if they can recommend someone. A regular ENT doesn't usually know enough about Meniere's to effectively treat it, especially if it progresses. There are numerous tests that should be performed to make sure you really have Meniere's and not something else. There are many other things that can cause the symptoms of Meniere's.
