you can't transfer Pokemon from silver version to fire red bcause silver version is old counterpart of Pokemon games that doesn't have any new features for fire red,leaf green,ruby or sapphire and emerald.sorry

Blaziken does not learn fire blast. But a TM could.

Vulpix cannot learn Fire Blast by leveling up. It can only learn it by using TM 38 (which is Fire Blast).

You don't get either in firered, to get lugia and ho-oh get them from Pokemon colosseum and Pokemon xd gale of darkness.

Infernape doesn't learn Fire Blast on his own, you will have to use TM38 to learn it to him. You cannot make it learn Fire Blast through breeding either.

Ekans is version exclusive to fire red.

brave bird, sacred fire,wing attack,fire blast,natural gift and sky attack.

ho oh was not made at the point of the red fire version. it came out on silver/gold. so hes not in the game. but moltres is a good enough substitute if you ask me.
