If you want a physical copy of the game media, they can be purchased through any game store, electronics store, or even discount department stores such as Target. Full computer games can be downloaded legally from services such as Steam or Apple's App Store, and smaller or casual games are usually available through smartphone app stores.
On an iPhone or iPod, go to the App Store application and click on the update option on the bottom menu. At the top of that list should be an option for purchased. Click on the purchased option and it'll pull up a list of all the applications you have downloaded or purchased on that account. You should be able to find the application there. On the iPad the process is the same, except instead the purchased tab will be an option on the initial menu.
