I'm thinking about what you said, and I release probably you don't have emergency brake on, it could be something broken on the rear brake hardware, So you have to pull your tires off and check the brake springs and check emergency brake cables under the truck,

there seems to be no adjustment, check your rear drum emergency guiders on both wheels, sometimes the cables will jump off, cables stretch also, check the other end where it connects to the brake lever, look with a flashlight thru the passenger side of the slot at the retaining nut and routing.
it means your emergency brake, or hand brake is set. if the brake is released, check cables and sensor. could also be the switch or sensor.
