Coronet Dawn will stop you and say "Which hand do you pick?" Which will give you the vs seeker no matter what. Then she asks "Do you have a poketch? Yup you so i'll give you this too then." And with that you have a Dowsing Machine Poketch app. Check as soon as you get it. There's a Great Ball and a Rare Candy so I highly recommend checking the area Plus the trainers are alright to train your pokemon.
