There is no injector relay. The fuel injectors have +12 volts on the pink wire all the time.
The pink injector wire is fused by the 15 amp fuse in the divers side fuse panel. The 15 amp fuse gets its power from the ign switch. Check power at the injector with ignition on
should be 12 volts. The injectors get their ground from the ECM located under glove box.
If you have no power at the injectors with the ign switch on, use a temporary jumper from the + on the battery to the pink wire. (If it runs you have a bad ignition switch.) If you have power at the pink wire use a NOD test light at the injector to see if the ECM is working. Good luck.
at the buick dealership---locater manual and in electicalwiring shop manual.
Easiest way is to just pull the horn relay.
It is located in the fuse box under the hood on passenger side.
the relay switch is either under the rear seat or under the hood near the front right headlight,
pull the horn relay -- under black plastic cover (fuse relay unit behind passenger headlight in engine bay).
If a windshield wiper switch on a 1995 Buick Riviera stays on when in the off position, it might be the fault of the windshield wiper relay. It could also be that the switch itself needs to be taken off and reset on the dial.
Probably a stuck headlight relay. Bang on it and see if it releases.
Both the 20 amp fuse and the horn relay on 95 Buick Riviera are located in the under hood fuse box in the engine compartment just behind the passenger side headlamp.A detail of the fuses in this fuse box can be found on the inside cover of the box.
