On all Toyotas (as I was told by a service parts worker) on the passanger side door the code for the key is on the lock cylinder itself. You must remove your door panel (make sure to check for ALL of the screws that hold it together or you'll mess it up and break it) then there should be a hole beneath where your lock is located. You must remove any thing that is covering the lock and then it should be engraved on the actual cylinder.
