In Pokémon Black Version 2, the Magma Stone can be found in Reversal Mountain. After defeating the Elite Four and obtaining the National Dex, you can enter Reversal Mountain from Route 18 by going through Lentimas Town. Inside Reversal Mountain, you can find the Magma Stone in the basement of the cave. It will be guarded by Team Plasma, so you'll need to battle them to obtain it.
