It's in Eureka, the Forbidden Land. There is a portal leading to Eureka in the Crystal Tower so just keep on going straight when you enter the Crystal Tower and you'll get there. And there are loads (well, more like 6) of the most powerful weapons in the game, and they are all protected by bosses. I'm pretty sure that the Masamune is guarded by Kunoichi.
