Use the Screw Attack and its midair jumps (maximum of 5) to reach the door and leave. This takes some timing, but it's not too hard. You'll also need the Screw Attack to get back across the Grand Abyss afterward.

∙ 11y agoIf you've already got the screw attack from it, you need to activate it by jumping towards the exit, then pressing the jump button a few more times.
If you don't have it yet, you'll need to solve a puzzle to get it. See the related links for more info, if you don't mind the spoiler.
