you go to the rooftop restaurant and then you go up and you have to have gotten the glow stick first and the you go up and a giant is there. Then he will tell you to find his egg so go down the tunnel near the balloons and look for his egg then go back up and you will be able to go through. Then just go right to the end till you find the water bucket.
