Cid's Hammer? You'll have to find the hidden portals to do that. Just upgrade your Scan level to max then go to Traverse Town. Hit Questploration, and then just explore till you hear the normal glitch alret noise. One thing you should know, in the Back Alley is where you'll find one of the 3 items required that need to be returned to Cid. Get 328,000 SP, and you'll get Lionheart. Also check inside Data-Riku, which is Hollow Bastion(Part 2). You'll find a needed item there too.
