Unfortunately you cannot. Farmville money comes only from true money via credit cards or Retail Stores such as CVS, Walgreen, Best-Buy, and Walmart.
If you want a FarmVille account, look for the app and click Go To Application. Click yes to showing your e-mail (if you choose to play) and you will go to FarmVille.
You can buy them from inside the game. Or, some retailers sell Gift Cards.
Yes, real money is involved in the Farmville but it doesn't come through cash only cards sold in CVS, Walgreen's, and other retail stores.
There are several different websites that have e-cards. One easy way to find e-cards is to search in your browser e-cards and if you want something specific then type in that word along with e-cards.
E-cards can be found on this website here. There are many different e-cards for you to choose from , and you can customize the e-cards to show your mothers name as well. http://www.someecards.com/

tescoSainsburysmorrisionsasdaany supermarket actually i saw them for sale in there today :)
The inventor of birthday e-cards is not known. The internet created the possibility to create e-cards. The concept of sending cards is a very old custom in different cultures.
Sorry, but unfortunately no - only the other way around, meaning you can turn FarmVille Cash into FarmVille Coins but not the other way round. If you want FarmVille Cash you either have to earn it by gaining levels (you'll get 1 FV Cash for each level - very slow way of getting it, unfortunately ...) or you have to buy it using real money. You can use bank transfer, credit card payment or prepaid cards like paysafecard for that, but I recommend to use prepaid cards since they are the safest way (no personal data needed). In some countries you can also participate in certain online surveys ect. to get FarmVille Cash but as far as I know this is not possible for European folks... much to my own dismay. Hope that helps!
123Greetings allows you to send free e-cards. Do a search for "free e-cards" and several more will come up.
123greetings.com has various e-cards. I get e-cards from family from http://www.jacquielawson.com/. You need to pay $12 a year for unlimited animated e-cards.
