NO there are NO Tesco stores in the Philippines.... sadly.... The nearest to european style food is RUSHTAN'S.... they are all over the philippines... very expensive and dont come close to Tesco..... There is a small Marks and Spencer in Ayala shopping complex in Cebu.. but its only very limited mostly just clothes...
