How do you get fire arrows the Legend of Zelda ocarina of time?

once you have the Ballad Of Gales, (run into a big cyclone and shoot Cyclones with arrows) you teleport into the square closest to Windfall Island. there you will meet the queen of the fairy world. she gives you fire and ice arrows.

B2 - 2 squares West of Windfall Island.

When your adult link and after you have completed the water temple head to lake lake hyrule on the island above the water temple is a tablet read it. Stand on the stone and shoot an arrow into the sun. (Use the sun song if its night.) Once you shoot an arrow into the sun, the fire arrows will fall from the sky and land on a nearby island.

You get the Fire Arrows and Ice Arrows at the same time. All you have to do is acquire Magic Power and the tornado-warping song (I can't remember what it's called) and just warp to Mother-and-Child Isles. The Great Fairy will acknowledge you and give both to you.

You get them from the Fairy Queen inside the Mother and Child Isles. You need the Ballad of Gales, the bow and arrows and the Master Sword before you can get the Fire and Ice Arrows. Once you have all of these, warp to the Mother and Child Isle in the top left corner of the Sea Chart. Hope this helps! :)
