First you go to Hearthome City and over to the route 209 entrance there will be a guy standing there talk to him and he will give you an egg hatch the egg by running around alot and you have a bran new baby happiny, give it the oval stone during the day and level it up it will evolve to Chansey, now make it max happiness and level it up and it will evolve to Blissey.
