∙ 8y agoi caught 'em by using the action replay code "pokemon modifier" and holding L in the survival area.
you have to use import thing using a diffrent game to get them without cheats
On Route 105 in the Island CaveRegirock, Registeel and regice can all be caught in Pokemon diamond, pearl or platinum. But you must have regigigas from a special event in order to catch them. regice can be caught at the cave after you beat the game in snowpoint. Registeel can be found at the Iron island ruins if you go deep enough into the caves but I'm still not sure where to catch regirock.
what i did was after you have beaten the elite 4 go and catch heatran... then migrate regiesteel,ice and rock from sapphire GB advanced game.... then go to the temple with yiur three Pokemon and meet the legendery there

In ranger 1 I dont know but in 2 you need a garchomp from hippowdon temple, and use its crush on the stone statue. It is in a cave at the place near the waterfall in the forrest. you need empoleon or floatzel.

You can find Regice in the Iceberg Ruins in the northern part of Mount Coronet, Registeel in the Iron Ruins in Iron Island, and Regirock in the Rock Peak Ruins on Route 228.
