What is the password to get the scooter on night watch island?

You use it at the start of the island, to get the job.

When the crook steals a security cart, Gus suggests that you get the scooter in the Mall office. The code word is FROST. Go to MacGuffin's to get the quick charge device for it. When you leave the office, go to The West Wing, then return to start the cart chase. Go to the top of the escalator (left side) in the atrium and the cart should drive by (it's actually a dummy driver). This sequence can be difficult to start for some reason, as the cart is driving places it cannot go.

You only use the scooter at the start of the game (mall patrol) and when chasing the thief near the end. In the first case, you wreck it.

In the second case, you get it from the mall office, charge it up, chase the thief, and then the scooter is stolen by Eddie the coral snake (true!).

The security cart is driving around the atrium/food court, on paths that are impossible for you to follow. Take the scooter down to the lower floor and over to the left, and you should see the cart pass you. You may have to go left into the mall and come back. When you see the cart, drive to the top of the escalator on the left and follow him down when he passes.
