If you have the crow bar climb the pipes and bars to the other side of the factory building then go down to you reach the icky water and go sraight to the left and you'll see a big pipe closed click on it and your crowbar will work then go inside. Once your inside look for the control system try to find the order and it will turn on the factory then climb up until you see a big hand climb on it and wait to get to the other side you'll see a pipe as door and you'll have to figure the rest on your own
