On your profile, you see that you have something titled (insert your username here)'s place. You click the build button and there! A different way is to go in Roblox studio and do the same thing except instead of the build button you click the edit button.

If you do go to the roblox bar and go to people then you can search for groups instead of people and go on a random group you dont have to join but at the top of the page it should have something called create a group. If you are already in a group go to the groups page and go to create a group
