Provided that the other user has an account or the guest account is enabled, select:
Start>Switch user
switch users.

I'm not sure if this works on all Windows versions but on Vista near the 'Log Off' there is a button called 'Switch User'. Click this and it will enable you to switch user accounts without logging off your username.
