Try the following steps and check if it fixes the problem after each step: 1) Unplug the power from rear of printer, then press & hold the power key for at least 30 seconds, then release the key & plug in the power cable back. 2) Unplug the power cord from rear of printer. Press and hold the # and 3 keys together and while holding them plug the power cord back in. 3) Unplug the power cord from the rear of printer. Press and hold the # and 6 keys together and while holding them plug the power cord back in.

You can find a replacement power cord at Visio, you can purchase it through their website vizio.com for only $9.99. The Universal power cord is equipped with a three pronged grounded plug.
If you are running off a battery, you do not need a power supply cord. Once your battery runs out, you will need to plug in with an appropriate cord that fits your brand of computer.
