The 1990 dodge caravan has a transverse mounted engine therefore it doesn't have a fan belt!

Rdrah states Green....Sorry, Rdrsh, but you got it wrong. Most 2000 Dodge Grand Caravans will have a collar around the cap, which states it's a special coolant. The coolant that they are referring to is a Red HOAT-type coolant. Do NOT put regular green coolant in the vehicle with this warning collar, 'cause you can damage the engine.
Take the - battery cable off and put it back on.
Legally, in North America, you can only use an engine for a vehicle that is as old or older than the engine. For example, you could put the 1996 engine into a 1994 Caravan (if possible) but not into a 1998 Caravan. The block, heads, and manifolds are the same from 1996 to 2000.
Radiator. Remove the cap and add coolant there.
Down the tube that holds trans dipstick, drivers side between engine and firewall.
if you see no plug than it has neither one you have to pop out the frost plug and put in a block heater
