You don't. The 2000 Saturn refrigerant is not Freon R12 it contains R134a. Add it at the Low pressure port. You have a leak or it would not be necessary to add refrigerant. It is illegal to add refrigerant to a system with a leak without first repairing the leak. Take it to a professional and have the leak fixed.

That depends on what you mean by "haul". By definition, the L200 is a passenger vehicle. As such, it is designed to "haul" up to five passengers in relative comfort. It has a reasonably usable trunk area with adequate space for luggage, and the rear seats fold forward expanding the available trunk space. It would be possible to install a trailer hitch for hauling a LIGHT duty trailer, but you shouldn't put much weight behind the Saturn, because, after all, it is a passenger vehicle. If you actually NEED to haul something, perhaps a pickup truck would serve better.
