The powersteering reservoir has the filler tube molded on/in it.
There's a cap on the top of the power steering unit, remove it and put it in there, it might even have a little dip stick.
Fill the power steering reservoir until the dipstick in it reads full.
A 1982 Oldsmobile was built to use R12, it would need retrofitted to R134a..
Put trans. fluid in through the dipstick hole, be careful not to overfill
The Power steering pump is located underneath where you put the power steering fluid.
You add fluid at the same place you check it.
NO NO NO!!!! OMG I hope you did not try that already. Break fluid and powersteering fluid have different properties for different pressures, they are not the same thing and if you put break fluid in your power steering system you will destroy your car.
You put it down the tube that holds the trans dipstick.

Down same tube that holds trans dipstick.
Move the tensioner to release belt (use bolt in center of pulley and move with socket) Then simply remove bolts from block. Reverse to put on new one.
