When cleaning your master forge gas grill, you should place the tinfoil in a place where it will not become soiled. When cleaning your grill, it might be a good time to replace the foil.
Look on ebay.

I don't know if you are supposed to use aluminum, but today I refurbished a Master Forge's flavorizer bars and an aluminum angle to attach them to for a total of $11.00 I personally believe it is a better grill now than when it was built new. It is a mock version of a Webber but built with inferior materials in the flavorizer area. I turned the grill on and left it on until it reached 560 degrees F. The Aluminum changed color but did not warp or change from its original shape. Winston in Alabama 6-06-13
Yes, it's completely safe to use aluminum foil on a grill. Some people cover their grill top with aluminum foil as the cooking surface. You can also wrap potatoes and other vegetables in aluminum foil to cook on the grill.
The grill master or head of the grill.
no. As Aluminium is a very soft metal having low melting point. So it can be easily damaged by a saw or a gas cutter.ANS2:Many good quality grills have aluminum components. Aluminum is lighter and less prone to corrosion than steel and cheaper than stainless steel. Enameled or Teflon(r) coated cast aluminum grills (the food-contact part, that is) clean easily and are easy to handle. If you line the firebox of a grill with aluminum foil you will extend the life of the grill and make cleaning up ash and grease easier. Some studies indicate a relationship between aluminum and Alzheimer's. For that reason and because it prevents air flow, it is probably better to not wrap the grilling surface with aluminum foil....and, as pointed out in the first answer, don't clean your aluminum grill with a saw or gas cutter.

I just bought an expensive bbq grill with cast stainless grilling grids and a stainless steel bow burner. The rest of the grill is made of aluminum. The question here is: the all aluminum top and bottom lids or casing which the bbq grill is made, and actually encases the entire grill-going to gas off aluminum into my food where my family might have posioning from such a dangerous metal? I have a 5 and 7 year old. Thanks!
A cleaning solvent would help to get rid of the grit and dirt that are sealed on the metal grill by the temperatures of cooking on it. It is always a good idea to rinse completely before cooking on the grill again.
