For example, a used 2004 Chevy Venture LS with 43,000 miles on it has a blue book suggested retail price of $9,995. A 2001 LS with 65,000 miles on it has a suggested retail price of $6,995. An older model with higher mileage will be cheaper to buy, but may end up costing you more in the long run if you factor in maintenance and repairs.
