First he he tries to hit you with the shower of rocks, Jump over them and jump up past Sir Rebral, and the rocks will hit him instead. He will get mad and make the ground pop up where you are. Shove the rock to the left until it is about halfway between the bench and the statue, just to the right of directly under Sir Rebral. When the ground pops up, the rock will fly up and hit him. If you miss, recover the rock from wherever it lands and try again. When he is down, handcuff him.

When he yanks up the ground, the rock will fly up and hit him. Cuff him and he goes back to prison. (You may have to try more than once, and recover the rock to use it again.)

In City Park, Sir Rebral is using telekinesis (mind power) to throw rocks around. If you jump up close to him while the rocks are flying, they will hit him, too. He will get mad and start pulling up chunks out of the ground to hit you. Slide the large rock next to the restroom and place it under him, a little to right of directly beneath him. When he pulls up the ground, the rock will hit him and knock him out. Click on him to put on the cuffs.
