I stand on the side of peace everywhere. What it mainly takes is tolerance and respect for others and their way of life. I have lived in many places throughout the world and seen many different races and religions living together in harmony until some extreme views are pushed to the fore. For thousands of years Arabs, Jews, Christians, Druze and other peoples tolerated each other and at least lived without active fighting.
I don't believe worshipping a different God, speaking a different language or being a different colour are ever reasons for war. Yet there remain the rabidly intolerant in every grouping who can hate for these reasons or even less.
