Kwanzaa can be celebrated anywhere, but African-Americans celebrate Kwanzaa. Not all Africa-Americans, it is usually celebrated by people that speak African and people that have lived in Africa. It can be celebrated anywhere because if Africans come from Africa to the United States they will still celebrate Kwanzaa.
